Our office is open and available for phone calls, texts, and emails from 8am-5pm, M-F.

We coordinate your move into our climate-controlled storage facilities with our professional moving partners to provide you with the a hassle-free, seamless, modern storage experience.

We currently serve the greater Birmingham Alabama area. Cities include but are not limited to Homewood, Mountain Brook, Vestavia, Hoover, Irondale, Helena, Pelham, Indian Springs, Meadowbrook, Brook Highland, Trussville, Leeds, Moody, and Chelsea.

Storing With Us

The security of your items is our top priority. We maintain our own climate-controlled facilities with 24/7 security and digital video monitoring.

Packing like items together makes it easy to request only the items that you need, when you need them. For example, keep all of your holiday decorations, summer supplies and important documents separated and labeled. We can’t take any boxes that are damaged or bulging. There is a 300 lb weight limit on each item. 

Yes.  Anything that could increase the risk of damage to your goods or the goods of others is prohibited.

  • Firearms, munitions, guns, or explosives
  • Food and pet food
  • Flammables, explosive, radioactive materials
  • Lead paint, asbestos, urea-formaldehyde, petroleum products, or methane
  • Medical waste
  • Stolen goods
  • Cash (not covered by insurance)

Due to liability concerns, we cannot pack for you.

 

Your monthly rental agreement goes into effect the day we pick up your items for storage. How long it takes you to pack them up is totally up to you. We usually book your pick-up date about 14 days out.

When we move your items into storage, we take pictures of each “priority” item, to create a photo inventory of items that may need to be returned on demand. No need to have to visit a storage unit to remember what you have. Just review your inventory and request items back.

If you’re moving outside of our service area, we can return your items to a moving company that you choose, for them to transport your items. Once you choose a moving company, contact our team to coordinate the logistics.

Once we help you decide on the amount of space you’ll need, our dedicated team will reserve your storage space, manage on-site security for your valuables, and coordinate your items’ safe return to you, on demand. Speak with us by phone, email, or text chat for any questions or concerns. Pick-up and storage prices vary based on demand and availability.

You will receive a call or text message from us the day before your pickup date with an estimated time of arrival. Our professional moving partners will load your belongings, and you’ll be provided with an inventory. Within 24 hours you’ll receive an email informing you that your items have been securely stored.

Whether you need all of your belongings returned or only certain items, just let us know! They’ll be returned on your schedule, and in their original condition. To arrange a final delivery and cancel your account, give us a call. We will schedule final delivery of the items at a time that’s convenient for you. 

For security reasons, we can’t allow customers to access our facilities.

Billing

We do not require you to sign a long-term lease. All of our agreements are on a month-to-month basis.

Yes. You want convenience. We want to make it easy. All agreements are accompanied by a credit or debit card on file.

We charge a late payment fee of 20% of your monthly storage amount, after the grace period.
